Having co-run two SMEs for over a decade, I appreciate how hard it is to juggle all of the balls and spin all of the plates! Working towards strategic objectives, meeting targets, and protecting the bottom line, whilst simultaneously striving to create and maintain an inclusive, positive workplace culture is not an easy brief. On the rare occasion that I don't feel we're a good fit, or my skill set doesn’t match what you need, I will be honest and transparent.
I will always charge fair prices, and give 100% effort in every interaction.
My default is to offer ad hoc, pay-as-you-go services, in order to meet your changing requirements and budget, and to accommodate special projects as they arise. For key clients, I can also offer a retained service for a monthly fee.
