My Approach

I offer a variety of people-focussed services, which can be tailored to the organisation, team or individual in question.

Because everyone’s needs are different, I offer a free 30-minute introductory call, during which we simply talk.
Together, we’ll identify the key areas in which you feel you need support. I’ll go away, have a ponder, and send over a proposal outlining how I can help.

On the rare occasion that I don't feel we're a good fit, or my skill set doesn’t match what you need, I will be honest and transparent.

I will always charge fair prices, and give 100% effort in every interaction.

My default is to offer ad hoc, pay-as-you-go services, in order to meet your changing requirements and budget, and to accommodate special projects as they arise. For key clients, I can also offer a retained service for a monthly fee.
